Former Vice President Joe Biden slighted Hillary Clinton during a hedge-fund conference in Las Vegas Thursday. He said, “I never thought she was a great candidate. I thought I was a great candidate.”

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway tweeted, “Joe Biden basically calls Hillary Clinton a deplorable, irredeemable candidate.”

By the way, Biden hasn’t ruled out the possibility of a 2020 presidential bid.
