Health Care Ruling—Brad Bannon

Just one day after a Virginia federal court ruled that the individual mandate contained in the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional, the Department of Justice announced they would appeal the ruling to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
News of the appeal was not a surprise and comes after calls by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, Gov. Bob McDonnell (R) and House Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R) to skip intermediate appeals and head directly to the Supreme Court.
Political Strategist Brad Bannon says the administration will still move for quick to implement the health care law.
