U.S. Reroutes Navy Warships for Korean Peninsula

The U.S. rerouted a group of Navy warships for the Korean Peninsula in a show of force after North Korea tested another missile. According to a press release, the warships were originally headed for Australia, but were ordered to change course.

National Security Adviser, Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster told Fox News, "North Korea has been engaged in a pattern of provocative behavior” and President Trump has asked for options when it comes to removing  "that threat to the American people and to our allies and partners in the region."

Last week President Trump ordered missile strikes on a Syrian airfield in response to the government's chemical attack on civilians.
