Donald Trump's Inauguration : Gloomy Weather, Kayne West Not Invited

According to the forecast Donald Trump's inauguration on Friday in Washington, D.C. will be rainy and cloudy. The National Weather Service says there is at least an 80 percent chance for rain for most of the day.

The inauguration festivities kick-off Thursday with a wreath-laying ceremony and Make America Great Again! Welcome Celebration. Toby Keith, Lee Greenwood, 3 Doors Down are some of the artists scheduled to perform.

Kanye West was not invited to perform. As you may remember, West set off a social media firestorm when he told a crowd during a concert he didn't vote, but if he had he would have voted for Donald Trump.

Tom Barrack, Presidential Inaugural Committee chair, told CNN the event is "going to be typically and traditionally American." He said it's "not the venue for West."
