DOJ and FBI to be Investigated Over Hillary Clinton Email Probe

The U.S. Justice Department's internal watchdog has launched an investigation into how FBI director James Comey handled the Hillary Clinton private email server probe.

The Washington Post -- citing a press release from Inspector General Michael Horowitz --  reports the investigation will be wide ranging and will look into Comey's letters and public statements and whether the FBI or Justice Department employees leaked information that wasn't public.

As you may remember, just days before the U.S. presidential election Comey announced his department was reopening the email investigation after what was said to be new evidence was discovered.

After the U.S. presidential election, Democrats and Hillary Clinton blamed Comey for her loss.
