Burke Ramsey Sues CBS for $750 Million

JonBenét Ramsey's Brother, Burke, is suing CBS for $750 million for appearing to point the finger at him for the death of his sister.

JonBenét death rocked the nation in 1996. The 6-year-old beauty queen was found dead in the basement of her Colorado home. The case was never solved.

In a September investigative special on CBS, called The Case of: JonBenét Ramsey investigators blamed Ramsey's brother, Burke, for JonBenét's death.

In the series, investigators theorized Burke, who would have been nine at the time, hit JonBenét on the head with a flashlight after an argument.

The Associated Press reports the lawsuit says the accusation that Burke killed his sister was based on lies, half-truths and manufactured information.

This is the second lawsuit Burke has filed over the case. He filed one in October against forensic pathologist Dr. Werner Spitz for $150 million. Spitz said Burke bludgeoned his sister to death.

Both cases were filed in Michigan.
