FBI and State Department Deny Hillary Clinton Email Quid Pro Quo

According to newly released documents, a top state aide sought to declassify an email from Hillary Clinton's personal email account.

Notes released from FBI interviews during an investigation into Clinton's emails, reveal Undersecretary of State Patrick Henry had tried to convince the FBI to change the classification of an email from Clinton's private email account in exchange for allowing FBI agents to go to countries where they were not allowed to go.

According to CBS News, The FBI denies the "quid pro quo" claim.

CBS News says the bureau sent them a statement that reads in part, "[a]lthough there was never a quid pro quo, these allegations were nonetheless referred to the appropriate officials for review."
