B.P. oil spill, 5th circuit appeals oral arguments recorded, what are B.P.'s chances of success?

The Legal Broadcast Network will be providing an in depth analysis of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in the matter of In Re: Deepwater Horizon, aka The B.P. Oil spill settlement early tomorrow.

For today we are providing the full audio recording of the Oral Arguments before the court, with Attorney's Samuel Issacharoff, Theodore B. Olson and Richard C. Stanley appearing before the court. If you are watching this case you will be able to quickly determine that this is an attempt by B.P. Counsel to address what they feel is an erroneous method of damage calculations, resulting in what they feel to be are excessive or improperly paid claims.

Deepwater Horizon claims center, what impact will the 5th Circuit have on claims payment process now?

Also, while everyone was enjoying the 4th of July Holiday, a special investigator was appointed to look into allegations of corruption in the claims payment process, an issue that came to light ten days ago when an internal staff attorney for the Deep Water Horizon Claims Center was forced to resign over alleged conflicts. The special master is Louis Freeh, fresh off his work in the Jerry Sandusky/Penn State investigation, so I think we can all agree this story is going to get busy pretty quickly.

Again, we will have a full analysis tomorrow provided by Attorney Rick Kuykendall on the 5th Circuit arguments and what the anticipated out come is and what might occur in the BP claims process next.
